North Carolina Boutique Vendors has a NO REFUND policy.
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Vendor is solely responsible for providing the requested information within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exceptions to the No Refund policy are made for the following reasons:
Vendor orders an Exclusive Ad (Catalog Request Vendor) and we already have an Exclusive Vendor from the same company; however, we will not give partial refunds for advertising packages that may include an exclusive item.
